VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Abington School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic for ages 3+.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, October 6th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Where: Abington High School Cafeteria - 900 Highland Ave, Abington, PA, 19001

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Flu Shots - Ages 3+ (High Dose for ages 65+)

• COVID-19 Seasonal Vaccine (SpikeVax) - INSURANCE CARD REQUIRED (Pending Coverage/Availability)

  • Moderna (SpikeVax) Vaccine Ages 12+ and Moderna Vaccine for Ages 3-11​​

    • ​​Currently, only limited supply of this vaccine is available. And the uninsured/underinsured program is not up and running. We are not able to provide any doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine to those without insurance and you could be subject to a copay or cost sharing. The vaccine cost $130 per dose ​

Pre-registration is highly recommended.

• IF THIS IS FOR A MINOR, PLEASE REGISTER USING YOUR CHILD'S NAME, DOB, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION!

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).

The insurance section of registration is not required but completion is highly encouraged.

Registration will close on Tuesday, October 3rd.
