In conjunction with Abington School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: Abington Senior High School, Cafeteria C- 900 Highland Ave, Abington, PA, 19001

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Flu Vaccines - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccine -Ages 65+

• COVID-19 Vaccine (SpikeVax by Moderna) - Ages 12+​

• COVID-19 Vaccine (Moderna) - Ages 5-11

Please pre-register and be sure to complete the insurance section of the registration. Uploading your insurance card will make it easier to verify coverage.

• IF THIS IS FOR A MINOR, PLEASE REGISTER USING YOUR CHILD'S NAME, DOB, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION!

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
