FLU AND COVID VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with TIFF Advisory Services, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Tuesday, October 1st from 12:30pm-1:30pm​

Where: 170 N Radnor Chester Rd #300, Wayne, PA, 19087

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64 

• Flu High Dose Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 5-11

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+

It must be a minimum of 2 months since your last covid vaccine.  ​

Please pre-register and be sure to fill out the insurance section of registration.

• IF THIS IS FOR A MINOR, PLEASE REGISTER USING YOUR CHILD'S NAME, DOB, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION!
