SpikeVax by Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine (24-25) appointments are available starting today 8/29 @12pm.

Please book online. We will accommodate walk-ins as the schedule allows.

(Ages 12+, must be a minimum of 2 months since your last covid vaccine)

Booking is preferred however we do accept walk-ins for ages 12+ years old during our clinic hours at the Vaccine Shoppe, not the pharmacy.

   

**Disclaimer: There may be a co-pay or charge for the latest covid vaccine. If you have Medicare Part B,

it is fully covered.**

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

• Saturday: 9:30am - 12:30m

   Pediatrics 5-11:

• Wednesday: 1:30am - 5:00pm

• Saturday: 9:30am - 12:30m

Online Booking FAQs:

• Access Code - this is only to verify you are a real live person. It does not guarantee an appointment, it's just a way to enter the system.  Please do not email us your Access Code! 

• When entering telephone numbers (yours or your doctor’s) do not enter ANY characters besides the numbers.  Do not enter dashes or parenthesis. 

• If scheduling an appointment for your child, please remember to use the child's name and date of birth!

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, your Confirmation email has links for you to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment.
